- Nearly 10 years working with a major life insurance company developing premium rates for long-term disability insurance and medical plans.
- Experience with a New Jersey-based consulting firm working with major corporations on the design and production of employee benefit statements and the administration of 401(k) savings plans.
- Over 15 years as manager of employee benefits worldwide for a Fortune 500 international manufacturing company, with responsibilities that included development and administration of employee benefit programs in the US and other countries, design of 401(k) plans and redesign of medical plans for US employees, redesign of the company's retirement plan, design and implementation of its Employee Stock Option Plan, a Supplemental Retirement Program for Executives, and a Corporate Owned Life Insurance program.
- Nearly 15 years managing all employee benefit programs for one of Central Ohio's leading healthcare organizations. The job entailed overseeing an HR and benefits program with an annual budget approaching $100 million and over the years involved the design and redesign of many facets of the organization's benefits programs. These efforts often involved the development and implementation of innovative new benefit plans designed to control costs and provide employees with additional benefit options, more convenient methods of enrolling in benefits, and improved employee benefit communications.
